Question by ksneakers: How can I reach Bell Canada customer service reps that are actually in Canada, not India?
I know that Bell Canada outsources their customer service to India, and that the people you reach through 310 BELL are absolutely useless. I would like to talk to someone IN CANADA, who will actually help me instead of screwing me over once again. My brother worked for Bell this summer and was given a special number to call which connected him directly to customer service in Canada, not India. Unfortunately he has lost this number… does anyone else know it? Or have any other way of reaching Canadian customer service reps for Bell Canada?

You should put everything in writing and sent certified letter to Bell Canada, get the address from your invoice.
This is only way you can rich them locally. Good Luck!
